Our Policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
BLISSQUE and our payment processor submit the Refund after the product(s) you have returned is/are checked in our warehouse, and we make every attempt to process the Refund as quickly as possible.
The refund process depends on the product purchased from BLISSQUE.

Cancel an Order
You can only cancel an order until the pending payment or the order is on hold. After that, you can activate the Refund or Exchange procedure.
Requesting a Refund or Exchange
To request a refund or exchange:
- Check the product(s) you wish to exchange or Check All if you desire to exchange the whole order.
- Choose the Quantity if the order contains multiple items from the same product.
- Click the Choose Products Button.
- You will be redirected to the shopping page. Click the Exchange Button below the product(s) you wish to choose for exchanging.
- Note: If the Exchange Button doesn’t appear on the product you wish to choose, that’s because the product has a variation. Click the product to enter the product page, then click the Exchange Button.
- The View Order Button will appear. Click the button to finish the exchange procedure.
- Select a Subject of Exchange Request* from the drop-down menu and add details about your reason for the exchange request.
- Click the Submit Request button.
- An automated response confirming receipt is sent to the email address associated with your account. Often, the Refund will be processed immediately, but if we need to review the request, we will be in touch about the refund process.
How to Prepare Your Pack for Shipping
- You can use the same pack you received in the order if you still have it. Otherwise, use one which fits the product you want to return.
- Note: The shipping is at your own cost, and the cost depends on the size and weight, so choose the suitable pack.
- ATTENTION: DO NOT SEND THE PACK WITHOUT THE PRINTED COPY OF THE CONFIRMING RECEIPT. Find the confirming receipt we sent you to the email address associated with your account. Please print a copy and put it with the product in the pack.
- Note: If you don’t find the email with the confirming receipt, please get in touch with us at support@blissque.com. We will send you a copy of the confirmed receipt.
- Close the pack, label it with our return address, and send it. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
